Returns are accepted only if the item is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item received
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo or video proof.
Non-returnable items:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Sale or promotional items
If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
