GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to track your order status.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that haven't been processed for shipment yet. Once your order status is "preparing for shipment," "shipping," or "delivered," we can't accept any changes to your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

Luxe City Style primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

● Secure credit card payment
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments.

In what currency will you be charged?
All our transactions are processed in INR . If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your selected currency depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4-time payment option?
We accept 3-time payment.

SHIPMENT

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, and accept PayPal and credit card payments.

How long does it take to ship?
Once you place your order, it typically takes 3 to 7 days to process.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my shipment?
After placing your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on your country and the shipping method you choose.
If your package can't be delivered, you may also need to go to your local post office to collect it.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be sold in our online store
- The item must be unused
- The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
To request a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges and are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please mention that you wish to exchange the item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. Once you have the address, please securely place the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. In some cases, return shipping is free. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not luxecitystyle.com's
error  , the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 

How long does it take to process a return? 
Returns are processed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is approved, your refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of your return.
